Registration
Registration is possible through our website by filling out this form. On-line registration can be performed in one step. Once registered electronically, you will receive an invoice for your registration by e-mail. Payment can be made by bank transfer or per credit card. A confirmation of your registration will be sent by e-mail after we have received your payment.
The standard registration fee includes:
• attendance to all lab sessions and lectures
• conference bag with program book and USB-stick
• lunches, coffee and tea breaks including drinks by the end of each day
• dinners on July 2nd, 3rd and 4th will be given in or nearby the city of Utrecht
• bus shuttle to the University Medical Center, dinners and to hotel de Biltsche Hoek
Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing before May 19, 2012 will be subject to an administrative charge of € 50,-. After this date, no refunds can be given.
