On-line registration and payment can be performed in one step. After you have registered and paid, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your account in order to download your confirmation (PDF). Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard/VISA and American Express) or by bank through Ideal (Dutch participants only). The secretariat has subcontracted payment by credit card to a secure payment service that guarantees confidentiality and security. If you cannot pay per credit card or Ideal, an invoice can be sent on your request. Please click on the appropriate radio button at payment methods.
The standard registration fee includes:
- attendance to all lab sessions and lectures
- conference bag
- lunches, coffee and tea breaks including drinks by the end of each day
- dinners on June 29, 30, July 1, 2, in Utrecht
- bus shuttle to the University Medical Center, dinners and to Hotel Van der Valk de Bilt

Different course combinations are possible (not applicable for ankle and knee arthroscopy and knee and elbow). The number of participants is limited up to 24 participants for the Knee Arthroscopy and Elbow Arthoscopy & Arthroplasty, up to 32 for the Shoulder Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty courses and up to 16 for the Ankle course.
If the course is fully booked, you will not be able to book on-line anymore. Please contact us (you can find our contact form here) and we will put your name on our waiting list in order to inform you if someone might cancel his/her registration.
Orthopaedic Residents (AIOS)
The Organizing Committee wants to support Dutch Orthopaedic Residents to attend our courses and is offering reduced rates for senior residents ( in their last year of residency).
Extraneus
The Arthroplasty & Arthroscopy Courses Utrecht allows ‘extraneus’ at the course venue. This is a great opportunity for the participants to bring their favorite team members (OR nurse, physician assistant, physiotherapist) as ‘extraneus’.
An extraneus is able to attend all lectures and cases discussions, he or she is allowed to be at the wet lab as ‘observing’ attendee. The fee for this extraneus is € 55,00 per person per day..
The number of places is very limited; each participant is allowed to bring just one extraneus. So if you want to bring one of your team members, apply in advance!
Hotel accommodation

Rooms at reduced rates are available for participants of the Arthroscopy & Arthroplasty courses. Please note that early booking is advised, preferably before May 1st, 2026! Cancellation policy
Cancellations for registrations received in writing to info@shoulder-elbow-knee.nl before 23 May, 2026 will be subject to an administrative charge of € 55,-. After this date, no refunds will be provided.
Letter of invitation
A letter of invitation for VISA purposes can be obtained after your registration process has been completed. Contact the secretariat with your request by sending full name, adress, passport number and date of birth to info@shoulder-elbow-knee.nl . The letter will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF file.
Certificate of attendance
Certificates of attendance will be issued digital after the course.
